Pet sitting business software

Pet sitting software for your whole business.

Run care, clients, staff and finances from one operating home. PetCareOps connects the booking request to the visit report and invoice, then helps you see the business work that still needs attention.

Unlimited named team accounts are included in every plan. No per-sitter subscription fee.

Built around the care lifecycle

From the first request to the finished report.

Each part of the day stays connected, so owners, managers, sitters and clients work from the same current records.

Bookings and scheduling

Turn requests into scheduled visits, handle recurring care and exceptions, and keep services and instructions attached to the work.

Client and pet records

Keep household contacts, pet details, access notes, care instructions, emergency information and booking history connected.

Visit reports and updates

Give assigned sitters checklists and a place to record care notes and photos, then share a finished report with the client.

Team and hiring workflows

Use named role-based accounts, review availability and readiness, and organize applicants without a per-sitter subscription charge.

Invoices, payments and costs

Create invoices, track balances and recorded payments, connect Stripe after verification, and record the expenses behind each service.

Website and business email

Publish a multi-page website, accept booking requests and activate supported branded transactional email with verified reply forwarding.

A clearer operating day

Keep the handoffs visible.

PetCareOps brings the work together without hiding where a person still needs to review, decide or follow up.

Common questions

Choosing pet sitting software.

Can clients request care and update pet information?

Yes. The client portal supports care requests and household and pet information. Invited household access lets the business control who can see shared care records.

Does PetCareOps charge for each sitter or administrator?

No. Every plan includes unlimited named team accounts. Plans differ by business capacity, storage, migration help and selected website features.

Can a solo pet sitter use PetCareOps?

Yes. An owner can start solo, choose to provide care personally and add staff later. The same workspace supports an idea-stage business and an established operation.

Can PetCareOps take client card payments?

Supported Stripe collection becomes available after the subscribing business completes its own Stripe verification and payment setup. Stripe processing fees and provider terms apply.

Does this also work for recurring dog walks?

Yes. Recurring care, requested changes, scheduled visits, staffing and care reports support dog-walking workflows. See the dog walking software page for the specific operating flow.
