Does PetCareOps charge for administrators or sitters?
No. Every plan includes unlimited named team accounts. Client, monthly visit, storage, service-area, migration-support and website-feature limits still differ by plan.
Will everything from the old platform transfer?
No. The current reviewed CSV path covers supported core client, pet and business records. Historical messages, invoices, payment history, passwords and saved payment methods are excluded. The import preview shows what is ready, needs attention or will be omitted before confirmation.
Can we keep our business domain?
Growth and Pro support connecting a domain you own to the PetCareOps website. The setup center shows the required DNS records and verifies routing and HTTPS before switching the primary address.
