For pet-care owners with a small team & recurring clients

See the workspace.
Then try your own care day.

Start with the schedule, client and pet records, and a care record. See the actual PetCareOps screens with fictional example records before you try your own workflow.

No card or automatic charge. This visual walkthrough uses static captures of PetCareOps with fictional names and records. Your trial starts without these records.

Make your first session useful

Try a few records before a full move.

  1. Open your workspace. Use the secure setup link emailed after signup, then open Start & grow for the first-session guide.
  2. Set up your services. Add the services you offer and review your business details.
  3. Bring a few client and pet records. Add them directly or use guided CSV import. Review before saving; you choose when to invite clients or send anything.

Lite includes guided CSV import. Growth adds assisted mapping and Pro adds concierge cutover. Historical messages, invoices, payments, passwords and saved payment methods are outside the import. Review plan and migration details.
